What to expect
There are no contracts. You book the cleanup cadence that works for you, and we group appointments by route to keep the schedule efficient.
The current business model is refreshingly simple:
- Accessible yard — you do not need to be home if we can get in safely
- Weather aware — light rain is fine, but unsafe conditions get rescheduled
- Cash or e-transfer — payment is due after each service unless arranged otherwise
- Residential first — apartment greenspaces and small commercial requests are considered case by case
If your property is outside the normal route, reach out and we will confirm whether a travel fee applies.
