Booking & Scheduling

How does booking work?
Use the booking page to request your service, then we confirm timing based on our route for your city that day.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as your yard is accessible and there are no safety issues, we can complete the cleanup while you are out.
What happens if it rains or snows?
Light rain is fine, but if the weather is heavy, unsafe, or creates poor cleanup conditions, we reschedule for the next available day.
How does payment work?
You enter your card details when you book. A hold is placed at that point, but you are only charged once the job is complete and photo evidence has been submitted. If the job is cancelled or does not happen, the hold is released automatically. Tips are optional and handled separately after the job is done.

Service Details

What happens to the waste after cleanup?
We bag it and leave it by your bins for free, or for spring cleanups we can take it away for an additional fee starting at $30.
How long does a cleanup take?
Regular visits are often 10 to 20 minutes. Spring meltdown cleanups can take 30 to 60 minutes depending on the state of the yard.
Do you clean up after other animals?
Dog waste is the specialty. If you have another cleanup request, ask and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.
Do you handle apartment buildings or commercial spaces?
Residential yards are the main focus, but small greenspaces and special requests can be discussed by email.

Pricing & Areas

What are the starting prices?
All services start at $85 per visit (1 dog included, +$15 per extra dog). Returning customers who book regularly earn automatic discounts — up to 15% off for weekly ($72.25), 10% for bi-weekly ($76.50), or 5% for monthly ($80.75).
Is there a charge for extra dogs?
Yes — a flat $15 per extra dog, regardless of service type. Returning customer discounts apply to the full total including extra dogs.
Why is there a travel fee?
If your property is 20-30 km outside our core service area, a $10 travel fee applies. For 30-40 km, it is $20. This covers fuel and extra drive time for our fairies.
